By using the services of Pankaj Tour and Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.
1. Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Booking confirmation will be provided via WhatsApp or phone call.
- For outstation trips, bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
- Booking details including pickup time, location, and destination must be accurate.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), or bank transfer.
- For regular bookings, payment is due at the end of the trip.
- Advance payment may be required for peak season outstation bookings.
- All prices are subject to change based on fuel costs and market conditions.
- Additional charges for tolls, parking, and state permits are extra as per actuals.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 4+ hours before pickup: No charges.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup: May incur nominal charges.
- No-shows without prior intimation: Full charges may apply.
- For outstation trips, cancellation policy may vary based on booking type.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days.
4. Vehicle & Driver Policy
- All vehicles are well-maintained, insured, and regularly serviced.
- Drivers are verified, experienced, and hold valid commercial driving licenses.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
- The company is not responsible for any personal belongings left in vehicles.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- The company shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged at the earliest.
- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage to passenger belongings.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
- The company reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
6. Privacy Policy
- We collect personal information only for booking and communication purposes.
- Your contact details will not be shared with third parties.
- We may use your phone number to send booking confirmations and promotional offers.
- You can opt out of promotional messages at any time.
- All data is stored securely and handled with confidentiality.
